Principles of our co-operation with applicants.
Recruiting agency Staff Standard has many years of successful experience in recruiting staff for leading foreign and native companies. We are specialized in recruiting highly qualified specialists in various spheres. But we do not search for appropriate positions for applicants and do not place you in a job, that is why our services are free of charge for those who apply for job. For our part we guarantee willingness to help, we will be tactful and attentive to all your requests and proposals. From the applicant we are expecting the same politeness and respectfulness to employees of our agency.
The following procedure of co-operation with applicants exists in our agency:
 E-mail or fax your CV in English, Russian or Ukrainian (Please send your CV in compact form (50 - 100 KB) and without photos).
After having sent your CV please phone back to our agency and our employees will conduct a preliminary interview by phone to define necessary details.
We will invite you to our office for an interview as soon as there are vacancies that can be interesting for you from our point of view.
After the interview in our agency and applicants’ consent we transfer to an employer (Company-Client) resumes of applicants, whose experience and education correspond to that required. All the following contacts between the applicant and the employer are carried on through our agency.
After the interview in the company we ask all the applicants to phone back to our agency and to share their impressions about this interview. Such co-operation is very important for us.
In the case of a successful interview and after receiving the job-offer please inform our agency about the supposed terms you start your work.
If the interview wasn't successful for you, your CV remains in our database and we'll offer you other vacancies if any.
Please pay attention at our section Vacancies - we update it daily. While sending your CV, please mention the title of the vacancy you are interested in. We are looking forward to your CV and hope for future co-operation.
